Connie L. Carberry moved to Pinellas County, Florida in June
1980 and became licensed as a real estate agent in September,
1981. She earned her Broker’s license in 1983 and opened her
own real estate firm which she operated until October, 1994. At
that time she joined RE/MAX Action First in St. Petersburg where
she worked until late 2010 when she joined MCN Group, Inc. as a
Realtor and Office Manager.
Connie is a full-time residential/commercial Realtor, a Graduate
of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative
(ABR), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), past
President of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), a member
in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, the
Florida Association of Realtors, the Pinellas Realtor Organization
and the CIPS Network. Connie has been a multi-million dollar producer each year since
1981 and has earned numerous sales awards. She is experienced
in all facets of the real estate industry, including consulting, and
has enjoyed continued business and referrals from past clients
and customers. Honesty, integrity and professionalism are the
standards which govern her business and her life. Her motto: “For
