Equity Membership ...................... $5,800 (+ tax)

An Equity Member is the owner of a Certificate of Membership that entitles such member to the right to vote at regular meetings, elections & hold office within the club.

Monthly Dues:

     Equity Individual Dues ....................... $266 + tax, per month

     Equity Household Dues ..................... $295 + tax, per month

Eligibility:

• Entitles you to the use of all Club Facilities including: Golf, Tennis & Clubhouse
• Full membership in clubhouse, including social dining & all activities
• Use of tennis courts, subject to court availability
• Individual membership includes children up to 21 years of age who reside at home or 22 years of age if full-time student or in the military service

Golf Privileges:

• Guaranteed tee times throughout the year
• Ability to enter club tournaments
• May become member of Cove Cay Members Golf Association

Food & Beverage Minimum:

     Equity Individual ...........................$350 + tax + 18% gratuity, per calendar year

     Equity Household ........................ $700 + tax + 18% gratuity, per calendar year

     Associate Individual Dues ................. $310 + tax, per month

     Associate Household Dues ............... $330 + tax, per month

Eligibility:

• Initiation fee credited to member account after 13th month of membership
• Entitled to the use of all Club Facilities including: Golf, Tennis & Clubhouse
• Full membership in clubhouse, including social dining & all activities
• Use of tennis courts, subject to court availability
• Individual membership includes children up to 21 years of age who reside at home or 22 years of age if full-time student or in the military service
• May Not vote at regular meetings, elections or hold office within the club

• Must indicate specific dates of membership at the time of sign-up

Golf Privileges:

• Guaranteed tee times two weeks in advance throughout membership duration
• Two guests per month allowed (one couple = one guest)
• Eligible to enter official club tournaments & events EXCEPT for club championship

Club Privileges:

• Full membership with dining, golf, tennis marina and all clubhouse functions

Food & Beverage Minimum:

• $35 + tax + 18% gratuity for individual for each month of membership
• $50 + tax + 18% gratuity for household for each month of membership

Monthly Dues:

     Social Family or Individual ................. $40 + tax, per month

Eligibility:

• Full membership in clubhouse, including social dining & all activities
• No golf or marina privileges
• Individual membership includes children up to 21 years of age who reside at home or 22 years of age if full-time student or in the military service
• May Not vote at regular meetings, elections or hold office within the club

Golf Privileges:

• None

• Clubhouse dining

Monthly Rates:

• Wet Slips: $200 + tax
• Large Covered Storage: $125 + tax
• Covered Storage: $100 + tax
• Field Storage: $60 + tax
• Kayak Storage: $20 + tax
